Construction Landscaping Team
Help Shape the Final Look, and the Long-Term Success, of Our Projects

After years of subcontracting out our erosion control and landscaping, Lyons & Hohl is building a new in-house landscape construction team. Under the leadership of an experienced and motivated manager, we’re looking for the right people to help us grow this division from the ground up.

This isn’t a fluff job where you’re planting daisies to pass the time. This is landscape construction. From prepping soil and laying erosion control matting to planting and finishing the visual appearance of a project, our crew plays a critical role. Erosion control keeps our sites in compliance and on schedule. Final landscaping delivers a high-quality product our clients and communities will enjoy for years to come.

What the Job Looks Like

  • Full-time position based out of our Honey Brook shop

  • Typical hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

  • Weather-dependent work, with opportunities to stay busy in other areas of Lyons & Hohl when needed

  • Daily tasks may include grading topsoil, seeding, straw mulching, laying erosion control matting, and planting vegetation
