We broke ground at Sadsbury Commons in August and have made great progress on this high-profile commercial development located at the intersection of Route 10 and Route 30. The site will include a 130,000 SF Full Line Target, Giant Supermarket, and eight additional retail pads. Our scope includes PennDOT roadway improvements, 300,000 CY of earthmoving, stormwater infrastructure with Lane StormKeeper chambers, and over 90,000 SY of parking.
