Regency at Valley Creek is a large-scale site development project located in West Whiteland Township and built for Toll Brothers. Work at this site includes extensive earthwork operations, basin construction, and coordination with Valley Rock Solutions for the safe removal of subsurface rock where required. As the project progresses, it is set to involve roughly 650,000 cubic yards of material movement, close to 60,000 feet of combined utility pipe installation, and approximately 50,000 square yards of asphalt paving. Throughout each phase, our focus remains on performing the work responsibly, maintaining safety, minimizing impacts where possible, and delivering quality results that support both the project and the people who depend on the work being done.
