The closure of the airport in March 2021 marked the end of an era, but it also heralded a new chapter in the story of Skippack. As we tread carefully through the initial stages of our project, one of our foremost tasks is to remove the runway, a symbol of bygone days. We recognize the sentimental attachment to this space, and we approach its transformation with a blend of reverence and innovation.

Moving over 170,000 cubic yards of material, laying 16,000 linear feet of utilities, and paving 18,000 square yards of asphalt are tasks that demand precision and care.
