Regency At Valley Creek

We are proud to share an update from our Regency at Valley Creek project in West Whiteland Township. Built for Toll Brothers, this project has been underway for the past couple of months, and we continue to be grateful for the trust they place in our team. Partnerships like this are never taken for granted, and we value the opportunity to be part of another thoughtfully planned community.

The project is set to include roughly 650,000 cubic yards of material to be moved and placed, close to 60,000 feet of combined utility pipe installations, and approximately 50,000 square yards of asphalt paving. These figures help convey the overall scale of work involved as the project continues to take shape.

Over the past several weeks, our crews have made strong progress on the earthwork while continuing work in the larger basins, which includes coordinating closely with Valley Rock Solutions to safely blast and remove subsurface rock as needed. This effort is a critical part of preparing the site for what comes next, and we will be transitioning into the utility pipe installation phase in the near future.

We understand that projects like this can bring a range of emotions, especially when it comes to land use and growth. Those conversations and decisions take place long before construction begins, and once a project reaches this stage, our role is to carry out the work responsibly and professionally. At the core of that responsibility is our people. The work we do supports the livelihoods of more than a hundred families, along with the many local vendors and subcontractors who work alongside us. While on site, our focus remains on doing the job right, minimizing impacts where possible, and taking pride in the quality of the work being performed.

We appreciate everyone who takes the time to follow along, and we look forward to continuing progress on this project in the months ahead.
