Annual Breakfast Meeting
Every year, we gather the whole team to look back, say thank you, and look ahead together.
Last Thursday, we did just that at Shady Maple.
2025 wasn't without its challenges. We had a slow start to the year, but our people put their heads down and got to work. The result? Another fantastic year, following what was already our best year on record in 2024. That doesn't happen without every single person on this team showing up and giving their best.
One of the highlights of our annual meeting is recognizing our long-term employees. Having a large number of people with over 20 years at Lyons & Hohl says everything about the culture we've built here. Loyalty like that isn't given. It's earned, every day.
We also looked ahead. Our backlog heading into 2026 is one of the largest we've ever had, and we are genuinely excited about what this year holds. There are some unknowns out there, including fuel prices that affect nearly everything we do. We addressed that head-on. With open communication and a team that works together, we'll do everything in our power to minimize that impact.
We were also joined by Ted from JFS Wealth Advisors, who walked our team through our 401K and profit sharing plan and spoke to the importance of investing in their future. JFS holds individual meetings with our people to review personal financial goals, because their long-term success matters to us as much as the company's.
And finally, we announced something we're proud of: a new charitable giving campaign. We've donated to several local nonprofits doing great work in the communities where we live and work. We'll be sharing more in the coming weeks, and we can't wait to spotlight the incredible things these organizations are doing.
To our team: thank you. This company is what it is because of you.
