Lyons & Hohl | BuildWitt Training
We have signed up for the new training platform; BuildWitt Training. This is a new platform designing specifically for the Dirt World. The training videos range from basic safety to operator skills to leadership. We strongly feel that when we get everyone on board the results will be beneficial to everyone, but it is going to take everyone to participate.
The platform is set up on both desktop and mobile device. Please search in your app store for the free “Buildwitt Training” app and download and install it your device. In the coming days you will receive a text message from Buildwitt asking you to create log in and password credentials. Please follow those instructions. Once you have the credentials you will have full access to the platform and be able to browse a bit to get a feel for the layout, and check out some of the videos. We strongly recommend any of the leadership videos on there, regardless of you position they are all great. In the near future we will start assigning videos that we feel would be beneficial to your success.
The videos are generally 2-3 minutes long with many shorter than that, kind of a micro learning approach. At the end of each video there is a very simple quiz that must be completed to progress to the next video. These quizzes are generally a single question. The breakdown of platform is each Lesson video is part of a Course, and each Course is part of a Learning Plan. We will be able to track what videos and how much time you spend on the platform so you will be paid for the time you put in.
The future outlook for the platform includes Lyons & Hohl creating our own videos, as well as many other industry professionals adding videos to the platform. When that time comes for our own videos to be created we will be relying on you guys to help out with what topics we cover.
Working together we know we can make this a huge success. Please contact James if you have any questions or concerns.
