At Lyons & Hohl, we know that leadership is never a finished product—it’s always under construction. Whether you’ve been leading for decades or are just stepping into a leadership role, there is always room to grow, learn, and improve. That’s why we’re launching this new initiative: to provide insights, spark ideas, and encourage conversations about leadership that can help all of us be better teammates, mentors, and professionals.

This printed edition is an extension of our ongoing commitment to leadership development. Each issue will focus on topics that are relevant to the challenges and opportunities we face every day—on the job site, in the office, and beyond. While we have some ideas on where this will go, we also recognize that this is a work in progress, and we want to make it something valuable for everyone.
