KIMBERTON GLEN

A Toll Brothers luxury home development in Phoenixville, Chester County. Two collections of homes available, including one for 55+ active adults. Earth work bulk grading for roads and 168 pads. Utility installation for public sewer & water, storm water management systems. Total of 11 above ground basins. Job site also features two large culvert systems for the main boulevard.

Exeter commons

A challenging job in Exeter Township, Berks County. Due to failing existing storm water management systems, we have the job to install new redesigned systems. The work has to be done in a sequence that allows the current systems to maintain operational until the new ones are complete. All of this is to be done while keeping this busy shopping center open for business. Project is scheduled to last into 2018.

Mixed-use development consisting of ±830,000 square of retail, restaurants, and entertainment and ±400 residential apartment units at the site of the former Granite Run Mall. Demolition of the main portion of the mall was completed in late 2016. Site plan includes two separate apartment buildings with a total of 385 units. Major grading and utility work is involved in bringing site to completion in 2018.

Just off the new PA Turnpike/Route 29 interchange, Atwater is a dynamic community on a 70-acre lake that blends waterview shopping, dining and office space with stunning brand-new homes. A community featuring Townhomes, Singles, and Attached Single homes from two different builders. This is one of our largest dirt moving operations in our history, we began in October of 2015, and expect to be completed in early 2018.

Multifamily residential development in the King of Prussia Mixed Use District.  The site located at 751 Vandenberg Boulevard, where the existing 290,000 SF former Lockheed Martin intelligence research building will be demolished in order to construct four apartment buildings. The apartment complex is planned to provide a mixture of 157 one bedroom, 138 two bedroom, and 16 three bedroom units.

New office addition and parking garage at the Corporate Campus of Wawa, in Chester Heights, PA. Working for a global leader in construction, SNC Lavalin, we provided mass excavation and grading for the new office and garage. Utility work included onsite sanitary sewer, storm management, and domestic and fire water service lines. Project began in July 2015 with completion coming in early 2018.
