Sycamore Crossing

Welcome to the genesis of something extraordinary—Sycamore Crossing, our latest project in collaboration with the visionary team at SAI Builders LLC. For over 35 years, the Stitz family, led by brothers Victor and Mark, has woven the fabric of communities through custom homes and commercial properties. Their imprint on Kennett Square, PA, with landmarks like Magnolia Place Community, Victory Brew Pub, and Cannery Row, speaks volumes about their commitment to revitalization.

Now, SAI Builders brings their expertise to historic Oxford, PA, with Sycamore Crossing. Here, where the echoes of the past meet the promises of the future, our work is set to redefine the landscape. The historic charm of downtown Oxford provides the perfect backdrop for this transformative project.

As the earth beneath us moves—125,000 cubic yards of soil to be exact—we lay the groundwork for a community where thoughtful design meets functionality. Grading for 53 lots, 7,000 linear feet of pipe weaving through the earth, 4,500 linear feet of curb shaping the pathways, and 8,000 square yards of paving paving the way for connectivity.

These numbers don't just represent construction metrics; they symbolize progress, growth, and a commitment to crafting spaces that stand the test of time. At Lyons & Hohl Site Contractors, we take pride in contributing to projects that become integral parts of communities, and Sycamore Crossing is no exception.

Stay tuned as we navigate through the intricacies of construction, bringing to life a vision that merges the rich history of Oxford with the promise of a vibrant future. Sycamore Crossing is not just a project; it's a testament to the artistry of collaboration and the resilience of community spirit. Join us on this exciting journey as we shape the foundations of tomorrow.
